  •           Risk management consists of many functional areas includes federal employment laws, workplace hazards and safety plan. It is the process to manage internal issues of employees and determines complex factors deviates the organization mission and vision.

              Risk Management covers all functional areas of Human Resources as well as virtually other business functions in PHR.

         Risk-management consist of four sections such as,

                   1.  Identify risks.

                   2.  Assess/analyze risks.

                   3.  Manage risks.

                   4.  Review/monitor risks.
